Abstract

In today’s dynamic organizational landscape, interpersonal and leadership skills are crucial for employee performance and organizational success. Coaching programs have emerged as a popular intervention to enhance these skills; however, their effectiveness in fostering sustained improvement remains a topic requiring further exploration. This research investigates the impact of coaching programs on employee interpersonal and leadership skills, evaluating both immediate and long-term outcomes. Employing a mixed-methods approach, the study combines pre- and post-coaching assessments, employee surveys, and qualitative interviews to measure changes in communication, conflict resolution, decision-making, and team management abilities. The study also compares the effectiveness of different coaching formats individual coaching, group coaching, and hybrid models to determine which approach yields the most significant improvements. Additionally, it examines the sustainability of skill development over time and explores how coaching translates into tangible organizational benefits, such as enhanced collaboration, improved team dynamics, and stronger leadership pipelines. Findings from this research provide empirical evidence on the effectiveness of coaching programs and identify key factors contributing to their success. The results offer actionable insights for organizations to design, implement, and evaluate coaching interventions tailored to their unique needs. By advancing the understanding of coaching's role in skill development, this study contributes to both academic literature and practical strategies for fostering a more competent, adaptable, and engaged workforce.
